This nice home in Burr Ridge is a great example of one of the many nice homes that Direct Property Buyer purchases that is not in poor condition. Sometimes, the situation of the sellers creates a desire or need to have a streamlined process to sell. The sellers already had another house out-of-state they planned to move to. One of the sellers had some health issues requiring some flexibility on the close date. We were also able to send a notary to the home so the sellers could skip going to a title company to sign the documents. At the last minute the sellers asked for another 3 days to stay in the home which we accommodated. Without the flexibility Direct Property Buyer was able to offer the transaction would have been compromised and certainly more stressful with a traditional buyer.
